Q: How long do you heat in the microwave for?

Full written heating directions can be found on the back of the box. We recommend heating for no longer than 1 minute at a time. Depending on your microwave rating heating times can vary. When heating from room temperature: 800 Watt Microwave - 1 Minute 1000 Watt Microwave - 40 seconds. If additional time is needed to reach desired temperature the heating pad can be heated in 15-25 second increments until desired temperature is achieved. Anytime additional heating time is added we suggest moving the wrap around & kneading the wrap to make sure it is heating evenly

Q: How long does it stay cold after frozen?

I live in a hot climate so I find that the coldness is not held for more than 15/20 minutes.

Q: what are the measurements of this?

The dimensions of our Microwavable Heating Pad are 27.5" long (excluding handles) & 5" wide.

Q: Do you make an unscented version?

At this time all of our microwavable heating pads have lavender.
