WHEN I FIRST RECEIVED THIS PHONE I WAS EXCITED TO KNOW THAT IT CAME WITH SO MANY EXTRA ACCESSORIES, THE LOOK IS WHAT I EXPECTED BUT THE PERFORMANCE IS HORRIBLE.DAY 2 THE CAMERA WOULD GET EXTREMELY HOT,DAY 3 THE FLASHLIGHT AND CAMERA STOPPED WORKING,DAY 4 THE PHONE WOULD JUST SHUT DOWN AND GET STUCK IN THE PHONE STARTING MENUBECAUSE I WAS IN DESPERATE NEED OF A PHONE I DECIDED TO CALL SUPPORT AND THEY WERE WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!! MY PHONE WAS BACK WORKING PERFECTLY, SO I THOUGHT! WITHIN A FEW DAYS IT IS BACK TO OPERATING THE VERY SAME WAY IT DID ON DAYS 2,3 AND 4.I WISH I HAD REFUNDED THE PHONE WHEN MY ISSUES BEGAN.ANYWAY SAVE YOUR MONEY!
