So far they've been good. Helped me get to sleep and off sleeping tablets, which I wanted to for years, if I don't take anything, I don't sleep so was very happy these magnesium actually worked. I have tried other brands of magnesium over the years, but always resulted back to sleeping tablets. So, for that, I'm really happy with these.

I got these to help me with getting to sleep and they are helping. I like that they are a combination and nice small tablets. A very good price and pack size compared to others on the market.

I have fibromyalgia and it causes sleep disturbance every night. I'm up at least 10 times but from the 1st night I couldn't believe it I slept right through. Yea I think this works for me. Very much recommend !

So worth the money will be buying again at this price . So much easier to swallow than the bullets that are on the market atm , no bulking agents either .
