Received broken product.
The media could not be loaded. When i received the bow, one of the alignment wheels was broken. I haven't even gotten a chance to use the product yet. I gave it a 2 stars because the product concept is still really cool, but receiving a broken product after shelling out $130+ is bad business practice. Please tell me you have a replacement part for this? A please let it be steel and not plastic.
