I have tried many different brands of Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) and I have enjoyed this brand. I LOVE that it has high potency in ONE tablet, instead of the two or three tablets of other brands. This increases my value for the money and saves space in my pill organizer. It is a medium sized gel-tab, which I found easy to swallow. Highly recommend.

These liposomal ALA capsules are said to have a higher bioavailability than ordinary capsules. I did take 1☆ off because this is not R-ALA, but rather a blend of ALAs, likely including the less useful S-ALA. However, apart from this, there is a good lineup of ingredients designed to work synergistcally. The capsules arrived in good shape and are easy toswallow.
