Works just as I had hoped. This is my second pack and it continues to deliver for restorative sleep. I apply these to my lower inner arm and it stays pretty well all night. I have sensitive skin so I am surprised (pleasantly) that the patch has not caused any skin irritation. Peels right off in the morning and does not seem to leave any residue behind. Worth a try!

I’ve been having trouble sleeping, so I thought I would give these a try. What a nice surprise to sleep through the night! I actually put them on the bottom of my feet and they stayed on all night. Definitely recommend!

I tried these sleep patches out for the first time and they me help put me to sleep in about an hour. I didn’t wake up with the dreaded “melatonin hangover” probably because the patch doesn’t give the whole dose? I’m not sure but they work for me. Didn’t leave a residue and stayed on all night.

Considering how expensive these are, I expected better results. But they work no better than the brand I bought for $19.99 and got 60 patches in the box. Will not buy again.

I went ahead and measured the size of each patch and the dimensions are: 2 inches (length) by 1 and 1/4th inches (width). There's a nice strong smell from the bag and the bag is resealable. They're easy to apply and stickiness of it is good enough for it to be able to adhere to my skin. I typically apply this either on my neck or on the back of my shoulder and I haven't had a morning where the patch came off on it's own. It stuck on all night and I slept fine.

Had a friend recommend these to help me get a better nights sleep, and man was he right. Got lucking with a BOGO deal so it really work out cost wise. I will be using these on the regular and can't wait to tell my friends about them!
