Sunny Customer Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
After receiving the bike & using it several times a week, I started having issues with the pedals & pedal shaft. The pedals kept falling off & leaving black specks on the floor. Contacted Sunny Customer Service. They were awesome every step of the way in rectifying my situation. Replacement parts were sent which are 100% stronger than what originally came with the bike. All is good now & 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Sunny Customer Service agents H & D. For privacy, I am not giving out their full names.

Great recumbent bike for the price
I relied very heavily on reviews when shopping for a recumbent bike, so wanted to provide my review now that I’ve been using this bike for over 6 months.I’m 46 years old and work out regularly, but arthritis in my back and knees now prevent me from doing some of the rigorous cardio I’ve always done in the past. A recumbent bike was recommended to me as an alternative by my physical therapist.I wanted something simple that didn’t take up a lot of space. I don’t need videos of people yelling at me for motivation, or complicated screens tracking every statistic imaginable. I looked at other more expensive brands in stores, but kept coming back to the simplicity (and price) of this one. This bike was easy to assemble. It took my husband and me a little over an hour. The bike overall doesn’t take up a lot of space and it’s easy to move if needed. It’s very quiet, and makes almost no noise when pedaling at speeds up to about 15 mph.The small digital display measures speed, time, distance, calories, and heart rate. The time function is really all I use, though. The display is easy to read, until the batteries start to wear down and then begins to fade. I’ve had to replace the 2 AAA batteries about every 5 months so far, using the bike 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes per.The seat is very comfortable and easy to adjust to reach the pedals. It provides good support for my back. The bike is sturdy, but I wouldn’t recommend for high intensity workouts. I use it at a pace of about 13-15 mph, but when trying to pedal harder to get above 15 mph, the bike gets shaky. This is fine for my intended use, but may not work for intense training. The resistance is easy to adjust, but again, the higher the resistance, the shakier the bike will get as you push harder to pedal. I currently have it set at a resistance level of 5 and it’s still sturdy enough.Overall, this bike works great for me as an alternative to the treadmill for days when my back and knees won’t allow that kind of exercise. For the price, size, and simplicity, I highly recommend this for light and simple workouts. I would not recommend to those looking for intense workouts or alot of bells and whistles.

Very Happy
Received the box with help from the delivery fellow to get it into my garage. I was pleased with the way it was packed and everything was accounted for. Get this, I’m 81 and was able to safely remove the bike parts and completely put it together by myself in just under 2 hours, after which I hopped on it and took it for a 2 mile ride. So far have been using it everyday for the past week and am extremely pleased, The bike seems to be very well made and sturdy so I’m expecting it to provide great service for a long time. Label me “Very Happy”!!!!

Quality bike worth the investment
Previously has a Schwinn 230 Recumbent bike. I decided to try this bike after reading other reviews and Consumer Reports. If you are interested in a smooth ride and are not as interested in features (riding course options, stored workout results, USB, etc), I highly recommend this bike. The bike is well made with manual tension adjustment. I ride an hour a day and have been very impressed with the quality of the workouts.

Quality at a good price
Didn’t know what to expect because of a very reasonable price on this item. But it has worked out very well. It’s comfortable, sturdy and easy to use. I did need my son and grandson to put it together for me; I don’t think I could’ve done it on my own.

Effortless Assembly, Whisper-Quiet Operation, and Flawless Instructions!
Late at night, the recumbent bike finally arrived via UPS. The UPS driver was grateful for the large note I left on my building’s door with my cell number, allowing him to call me instead of having to return the bike to the warehouse. He offered to help me carry the heavy box up the stairs, but I insisted on handling it myself. It was already 10:30 at night, and I urged him to head home. Kudos to the UPS driver for his kindness and efficiency!I unpacked each item from the box, putting them in a bag and making multiple trips up and down the stairs to bring them into my unit. The motor part, the largest piece, was light enough for me to carry up the steps easily. I definitely got my workout in while carrying the parts up and down the stairs to my unit! :)The next morning, I excitedly checked off each of the bike's parts from the manual’s checklist and was ready to start assembling the recumbent bike. I was pleased to find that all the pieces needed to build the bike were accounted for. Thank you!All the necessary tools were neatly packed and numbered in a sealed packet, ensuring that I had everything I needed to put the bike together. Again, thank you!The recumbent bike is a much better option because it provides support for both my back and my kitty. My feline friend would get irritated when I was bent over and pedaling on a stationary bike. Thank goodness for recumbent bikes! The pedaling is remarkably quiet, which is a relief as I live above someone in my Co-Op unit. I purchased the SuperMats Heavy Duty Equipment Mat 12GS, Made in the USA, from Amazon to prevent any vibrations that could come from pedaling. Thank you once more! The bike’s structural components are constructed from steel, so I am confident that it will last a lifetime!Constructing the recumbent bike by myself was a piece of cake, all thanks to the straightforward and well-written instructions!Thank you, Sunny Health & Fitness and Amazon! :):)
