The packaging was super good but still one of my foot rest got damaged, also I have issue with the charger as it seems like an old defective charger is sent to me but the seller accepted the replacement for both immidiately and promised to sent it free of cost. The scooty us very light weight and it looks cute. It is very nice for a people with short height, for a shorter commute and also there is no need of driving license and vehicle registeration.PS: Got the replacement for charger in 5 Days.

There are significant discrepancies between the specifications listed online and the actual product.Upon closer inspection, it became evident that there are multiple flaws in the product's design and functionality. These issues may lead to disappointment and regret if you decide to go ahead with the purchase. I am writing this review after having purchased this product four months ago. I was only able to use it for a couple of days before it stopped working.I hope this helps you make a more informed decision.

Plz don't buy this scooter there is too much problem in scooter I have purchased this scooter 3 days ago display not working, indicator is not proper working tyre lock key has not given to me and I have charged 3 hours there is no charging one point also plz don't buy this and tecnician is also not available in Mumbai ghatkopar they say take your scooter and go to borivali from ghatkopar for reparing plz don't buy this scooter my personal review it is after using this

All good but speedometer not working properly, and back rest gaurd is broken... I like this scooty for family use, very light weight and comfortable

One thing to note is that the battery indicator fluctuates while riding, but the actual charge level stabilizes when idle, so don’t be alarmed.Initially, I faced an issue with the charger, but after contacting customer support with a video, they promptly sent a replacement within two days. However, their response time isn’t immediate, so patience is required—but they do provide good service in the end.The display is quite basic, so don’t expect advanced features at this price point. Overall, this scooter is a reliable, budget-friendly option for short trips, offering good value for money.
