I am an extremely cautious person when it comes to on line purchases. I’ve had vascular surgery on one leg. My doctor advised me to walk at least 20 min,everyday. That isn’t easy some days. This vibration plate really gets the lymph nodes moving.My follow up,I was anxious that I hadn’t done my part. To my surprise,surgery on my other leg is no longer necessary. This product is a win for me. Quiet,remote is a plus,it is just what I need.

The plastic bags containing the remote and cord, etc were stretched as though they had been opened. The thought of used exercise equipment revolts me, which is why I wanted new. The display window is soft bubbled plastic, not hard, and looks dirty. It was delivered in a box that shows what is inside. It's a good thing I was home when it was delivered or I fear it may have been stolen. I wish I had shopped around locally before trying Amazon, and I encourage you to as well. That said, I very much enjoyed using this immediately and highly recommend vibration therapy. This item just seemed sort of not the best, but maybe I expect too much with customer satisfaction

I have used this for 3 days straight and am totally impressed. I could tell a difference on the first day that I used it. I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot and walking can be painful. The first day that I used this vibration plate, I suddenly realized by the end of the day that my foot was not bothering me. It is day 3 and my foot still feels pretty good. This is a purchase that I am happy I made!

My first use of a vibration plate was during occupational therapy, and when I found out they were available on Amazon, I did a little research and put this one in my cart. When it went on sale, I purchased.At first, I thought this one would be great. But here’s where it’s not:The platform that you stand on is wobbly - it rocks from side to side when you’re standing on it, even after it’s running. If you’re trying to work on balancing - standing on one leg at a time - this platform rocks to much to make this doable. The platform on the machine at OT is solid and does not rock back and forth.This machine has 7 “programs” but they’re all so similar, it’s hard to distinguish between any of them. I end up just putting it on the running vibration, which is the strongest, and leaving it there. So all the fancy programming isn’t really needed on this machine.The resistance bands that came with the unit are too long to be much use, and they click/grind against the platform as it vibrates.Overall, I’d keep searching for another kind, now that I’m more knowledgeable.
