OK… A list of options as long as the route that is the London Marathon comes to mind, but then THIS is EXACTLY what you’ll need after completing that long run, or a lengthy gym session, or a walk down the shops, or to combat the guilt of that cheeky Friday night kebab and chips. Heck, who even needs an excuse? My significant other certainly didn’t as they fell in by accident, but once they’d gotten over the shock of glacier cold H2O sending chills to areas they’d almost forgotten existed I was told just how invigorated they felt. I believed them so didn’t need to jump in myself, but I was certainly very impressed with how sturdy and well made the plunge pool was.It comes boxed and supplied inside a handy carry bag with all the parts needed to put it together for use indoors or out. With a handful of rods to install and an upper ring to inflate, I had it built and ready to fill with water and ice in about 15-20 minutes. The waterproof shell is made from a thick and durable plastic and it’s very sturdy once constructed and filled with liquid.The plunge pool is a good size too; big enough for someone measuring 6 feet in height to sit in with their shoulders partially submerged. It is actually a really refreshing experience and it’s great for ice cold recovery bathing or just to cool off with a dip during the hot summer months.Once it’s done it’s job (or the cold has gotten too much) an included cover can be placed on top to help keep the water clean, or it can be emptied using the drain tap at the bottom of the pool.My partner's hooked, and we both think it’s a great item and good value too.

I am really impressed with this cold plunge pool. It is certainly bigger than the images on the listing makes out.We assembled it quickly, using the very simple instructions provided. This was really straight forwards and they even provide a pump to inflate the upper ring. The outer materials are really strong and durable, making it unlikely to puncture easily.Once set up it was a case of filling it with water. This takes a little judgement and guess work. Whilst you can fill it all the way to the top, you won’t need that much as when you get in the water displaces leaving you surrounded by a wet floor. Anticipating this, I filled it to approximately 75% capacity. I was delighted as it was fully water tight without and leaks from the exit tap or the base seal.To try it out, I got my husband to hop in. I was much bigger than it looks as I have already stated however my husband at 6ft 2ins could sit on the bottom upright and his shoulders would not be submerged, although when he leaned back and rested his head on the inflated ring, they were. So essentially it is perfect for those of 6ft and below, unless you angle yourself a little.The thick walls really help keep the temperature consistent. You are provided with a floating thermometer to track the temperature.Once you have finished your time in the plunge pool, you then had the option of covering it using the fixable cover to leave it to use another time or empty it via the tap and short hose provided, undoing the base seal or using a bucked to empty it out. Once empty it folds down and stores neatly in the bag provided.Overall I am absolutely delighted with it and cannot wait to get more use out of it. It will be great for exercise recovery or cooling off in the summer. At is current budget friendly cost of around £40, I think this is worth every penny. Highly recommended.

This came well packaged and everything was present and correct.It is made from a sturdy and durable material, is easy to assemble, and is a good size (I'm 5.9, and there's plenty of room).It also comes with a cover so I don't have to constantly refill it, and it has a tap at the base for emptying.It is currently on sale for £59.99, which is great value for money, but there is also a £10 off voucher available, making it even better value!Cold water plunging supposedly has multiple benefits, so if you're willing to give it a go, I can recommend this one!
