Q: Does this case support apple pencil charging too?

Yes it does! there are 2 places for the pen, one outside the case which charges and one inside which would prevent the pen from being lost eg when travelling

Q: is this an Apple product?

This case is not an Apple product. But I've had it since October 2022 and it's still in good shape even after traveling a bit with my ipad and this case.

Q: Will an Apple Pencil with a silicone skin fit and charge in this case?

Yes, this case has a holder on the side for an apple pencil or off-brand pencil. I do not own an apple pencil, just an off-brand one that charges separately. But, even when I put my pencil in the holder, the magnet in the ipad still connects magnetically with the pencil, so I would imagine - even with the case - an apple pencil in the holder will still charge.
