I would go 2 sizes bigger
I ordered several sizes and tho I am a large in t shirts a 3xl in this was much better and still tight yet breathable and really flattened my man boobs in tops so I am happy. I would go 2 sizes larger than your regular size.

Good quality, comfortable fit.
The binder is comfortable and works well to lessen the size of my chest. I had issues clasping because of how big my chest is, but clasping and pulling over the head worked well.For reference, I am 5'11 and a size 42DD chest.

don’t get binders from amazon
i bought this before i knew any better about binding - please don’t buy!! i’d recommend gc2b , do research! don’t buy binders with clips or zips. even if this did fit, the clips come off so easily and it’d be terrible for my rib cage.

Good for a first binder
I really like this binder however it leaves gapping at the side so you could have side boob. Over all its really nice :)

Binds okay
It binds pretty well,compared to my gc2b one it binds around 1.5cm less which is good!The hooks can be tricky at first but eventually i got the hang of it
