I have been taking this for some time and I have been very happy with it. I have had no issues thus far and have not had any negative experiences. The capsules are slightly bigger but I still had no issues swallowing them. I follow the directions as written and it is important to know that the first few weeks of taking you can take more as a loading dose then go to the lower amount. I found the directions to be clear and concise and labeled clearly. I overall am very happy with this product and I am happy with the quality, quantity and the value.

I have used glucosamine chondroitin + MSM supplements for a while in the hope of fending off the family curse of joint problems. The addition of turmeric is a nice touch for anti-inflammation and other health benefits. These capsules are kind of large but are smooth and easy to swallow. The directions say to take prior to meals. This always makes me nervous as I'm worried I will have stomach irritation in the brief time between taking the vitamin and taking a bite of food. However, I had no stomach issues.The taste and smell are kind of strong due to the turmeric. I'm also not sure if you're supposed to take 3 capsules at once, or if you can spread them out of the course of the day. The instructions recommend taking a double dose for the first 2 weeks, one in the morning and one at night, then just 1 dose per day after the first 2 weeks.Hard to tell about long-term effectiveness - ask me in 20 years, haha - but I'm pleased with these!

I take these for joint pain and stiffness prevention and they work. They are easy to swallow, with no adverse reactions noted after taking.

Good combination of ingredients aimed at supporting joint health and reducing inflammation. 3 capsules have the daily doze of 1500mg of glucosamine. It says to take before food and to double the dose the first 2 weeks, which makes this bottle a 45 day supply and not 60. 6 capsules a day is awful lot of capsules to swallow. Time will show if these work as it takes a while to start feeling the effects.

Supplements are difficult to review because obvious results are seldom seen, or take a long time to reveal themselves, but I've been able to take these with no ill side-effects👍

I have used various brands of glucosamine chondroitin MSM for years. I usually find a difference in joint pain if I run out of supplements and go a short while without replacing them. For me, they seem to reduce joint pain.These supplements have the added possible advantage of containing turmeric. Turmeric is supposedly an anti-inflammatory substance. I do know that doctors have told me that inflammation is a substantial part of joint pain. I also notice that when I take commercial anti-inflammatory pain relief medication, I am good to go for several days.How well turmeric works as an anti-inflammatory, I don't know. However, it seems the manufacturers of this product are leaving no stone unturned!The capsules are butter yellow, standard size, and highly coated so that they are easy to swallow. The dosage is three per day.The label notes that the supplements are made in an FDA certified facility with the Good Manufacturing Practices seal of approval. They are also third party tested for purity and potency, so the procedures for making them are definitely responsible.

As with all supplements, you have to decide whether the ingredients work for you. For me, the ingredients are just right. Moreover, there are several products that I take as separate pills - with this product, I only need to take one pill instead of three. The bottles come fully sealed - the box, the bottle itself, and the inside seal, so you know nobody used it before you. Packaging is very high quality. I know we are not supposed to comment on packaging, but to me, quality of packaging also signals the quality of product.There is no immediate effect, and I don't know if the product works long-term, but I trust the ingredient list and hope that it does work. So if you are looking for this ingredients list, this product is definitely a way to go.

EDIT 12/5/2024 Add to the original NEGATIVE below: Strange smell, terrible taste even when swallowed quickly and even then it leaves a bad after taste.
