amazing
used this along with their 40 bleach kit and it came out amazing (especiall since it was my first time with a product like this). probably could have done another bleach/tone and would have been better. my hair felt amazing after and is still healthy likez it was before.

My Review for Virgin Snow
I started with natural white roots (about 1/2") with the rest of my hair at a level 10 platinum, which had been covered with a rose gold fashion color. The fashion color was very faded to a slight goldish tint that I wanted to cool down. I tried a purple shampoo on it, but my hair is so light that it actually picked up the purplish tone on the ends. Yuck, but using a detox shampoo washed out that putrid ashy-purplish color. So I knew I needed to use a toner that was not at all strong and would not stain. Manic Panic Virgin Snow (which is a light blue-purple) to the rescue! After shampooing my hair and letting it completely dry I scooped out the Virgin Snow and applied it to my hair, making sure every strand was well-coated. I left the it in for 25 minutes, then rinsed it out. The Manic Panic had entirely covered the pale-gold tone and my hair was blonde, but a bit on the ashy-grey side, so I know that next time I will leave Virgin Snow on for only about 12 minutes.Since the initial application I have washed my hair three times. It's a pretty blonde, although I think after the next (4th) shampoo it'll be just right. My biggest tip for getting the best use out of Manic Panic Virgin Snow: Your hair must be up to a FULL, entire level 10, very pale yellow, and needing only a bit of toning to make it a true white.

Manic Panic fail
Description said that it was a semi-permanent/toner. It was supposed to win my hair of any type of orange or brassy tones and if anything it made it even worse.

Magic color platinum

Great toner if it works for you
Everyone's hair is different, so you cannot judge by someone else's experience. My hair is dark brown and I bleached it with mani panic flash lightening 40 volume and it made my hair very white in a short amount of time (about an hour). I used the toner but did not leave it in long enough (only thirty minutes.). The second time I bleached my hair, it came out snow white with slightly yellow highlights in some areas. The toner worked fine after leaving it on for an hour. My hair is very very very short and very strong, so the bleaching process did nothing to harm my hair, which is soft and silky after having been bleached twice. Of course, I also use argan oil on it between bleachings. Sometimes I use olive oil on my hair and apply heat. I love my hair and take good care of it, but I did not choose this product because of anyone else's review. I chose it based on my gut instinct, which is what most people should do. To rely on anyone else's review is like assuming that everyone has the same hair--NOT.

White Hair.. FINALLY <3
I cannot tell you how long and hard I tried to get my hair white. No matter what I did, there was still a tinge of yellow in my blonde hair. I used to use manic panic a while ago when I dyed my hair crazy colors so I was familiar with the brand, but wasn't really thinking that their toner would be any better than a Wella toner or something similar bought at the beauty supply store. I WAS WRONG!!!! I am so happy I tried Virgin Snow. My hair is WHITE! From dying my hair crazy colors in the past I have always had a trick I would use with Manic Panic and I did the same trick with the Virgin Snow. Apply it GENEROUSLY over lightened hair.. It can be a pale yellow like the inside of a banana (if you're a dark yellow, orange or red tone, this product was not made for you and you will NOT get white hair so don't be suprised). After the application I use the blow dryer to heat up my hair for a few minutes and cover it with a shower cap or even a plastic bag. Then WAIT. Watch TV, clean the house, whatever... leave it in as long as possible. It wil not hurt your hair, it actually conditions it and mine always feels softer after. After at least an hour and a half...periodically heating a few minutes at a time, rinse out and shampoo/condition. I actually sleep in Manic Panic hair dye/Toner... Seems to really stick that way, and again.. will not hurt your hair one tiny bit. After rinsing my hair was WHITE... WHITE... I am sooo happy!!!

“Manic Panic Virgin Snow”On yellowish color free gray hair
I was surprised with the small size and worried it would not be enough. So if you have thicker longer hair you might need two. I started by washing my hair with Dawn dish soap to get it porous. Then dried it before using the product. Wear gloves. The paste was thick and easy to apply. I used a detangling comb to help apply it evenly. Then I wrapped my head in plastic wrap and pressed it down. Put on a regular knit cap and waited an hour. Rinsed and then dried. Not all the yellow is gone but so so so much better. Very soft and shiny. Love the results! You will too!

Virgin Snow toner didn't damage hair, but didn't work
First off let me say that IN GENERAL I love manic panic. I've used their Vampire Red and After Midnight Blue amongst others with no problem whatsoever. But the Virgin Snow toner just simply did not do ANYTHING, which for over 10 bucks was very frustrating.I made sure my hair was a VERY light blonde, in good enough condition, clean enough, etc-I mean basically I've been dyeing my hair long enough to know what I'm doing-and after washing the stuff out my hair still had the same amount of yellow as before.I'm sure this works fine for some people, and at least it didn't damage my hair.Honestly though I've had more extreme and overall better results so far with using Clairol Shimmer Lights conditioner to tone the yellow out.
