I like that they contain omega 3,6 and 9. I like taking gummies so I was excited to find these as I am in need of some omega 3 supplement. It says they are gluten free but warn they are manufactured in a facility that has gluten in. I’ve seen this warning on a few gummies and I have had only one brand that said this that I had no gluten reaction to. This one unfortunately although the reaction was very mild, it was definitely my gluten reaction.If you’re only mildly gluten intolerant you might be ok with them as I was considering at first whether I might keep them for times I don’t mind having a very mild reaction as they are very nice tasting and good otherwise.I have decided to throw them as I’m not desperate enough for omega 3’s even in a nice tasting gummy to have any gluten reaction.The flavour is very nice, fruity and not overly sweet and consistency a bit like jelly babies. I recommend if you’re not intolerant to any of the things it lists are also in the facility they make them which I think was soy, gluten, dairy and something else.

I'm not really sure, how I feel about this... It taste great and it has a really nice peach scent, but then again... saying, that Omega 3-6-9 aren't coming from fish just feels wrong. And yes, I can understand why this exist and there are alternative sources, but it just feels wrong, when there's literary no sign of the source.After doing a little online digging I even found myself in a debate about the superiour source, where each side saying, their's are better. However, this plant based (ALA) variant seems to be the inferiour version, with a significantly lower (4-15%) absorbsion rate, despite the higher amount, that is present in Flax seeds.So, I'm not sure if I can actually recommend this, but it could worth trying it out. At least the taste is great, but that could also raise suspicion about it's actual effectiveness.

Unlike other supplements I’ve tried, which usually have a disgusting aftertaste, these actually taste really nice! It’s such an easy and enjoyable way to get my daily Omegas in.
