My son recently started Taekwondo and wanted to practice at home, so we got him a themed punching bag that’s perfect for releasing energy and honing his moves. Its rotating feature bounces back quickly after each punch and kick, keeping my kids engaged for hours while proving to be quite durable. I highly recommend it as a gift for kids!

My kids needed a way to get their energy out and this has been perfect. They can kick and hit it and practice all of their moves. It is nice and convenient to have for them. They have fun practicing on it.

TL;DR - Got this as a fun way for little kids to play but it turned into a therapy session toy. I'm 5'0" and this is a few inches taller than me. Perfect for a large age group and can potentially grow with your child for years to come. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exercise excuse or kids who need to get their emotions out.This became a perfect tool to help kids through their anger with one another and just big feelings in general. I love how it spins and its size is appropriate for smaller kids to punch and kick but if they outgrow the dodge and weave portion up top they can still use it to target kick. I'm a 5ft tall woman and this is a bit taller than me. So I am pleasantly surprised at the size and believe the age rating indicated on the listing. You fill the bottom with water or sand to keep it upright and the top swivels with their hits like an old-school boxing ring dummy.We noticed some anger building (4-year-old) when playing with this so we channeled it and asked them to face their big feelings, which went surprisingly well. They could play but release anger and hurt they didn't know how to, otherwise. I like that it's so easy to pump up and play because it's literally a starter bag. This is great if you want to put your kid into or already have them into Boxing or Karate but I googled other kick-punch sports and there's a ton. So as a starter bag, this is useful for so many sports but also just great for emotions, as stated above.Overall, I'd highly recommend this as it was a hit, no pun intended!5* love it, 4* like it, 3*ok/average, 2* dislike, 1* hate.

I have 4 kids- my boys are 7 and 20 years old, and my girls are 11 and 13 years old. It's very rare we find ANYTHING that all 4 of them end up loving and using on a regular basis, and this is one of those super rare things!! Boys and girls alike, 7 years old to 20 years old, all 4 of them have been down in our basement punching and kicking this thing instead of fighting over the TV and the Playstation. That alone right there will get 5 stars from me. This punching bag is the coolest, most durable, most FUN punching bag that we have ever owned, and we have definitely had more than a few for the kids over the years. The whole top half of it SPINS , separate from the main punching bag, and this top spinning piece is definitely what has my kids so obsessed with this thing. It's super durable, it's super sturdy, it's a really good quality, well made punching bag. We have had ones in the past that would barely stand up straight on their own, we've had ones that have popped after a single round of the kids going crazy on it, this one here far surpasses any and all of the other numerous similar products that we have owned over the years.I would definitely recommend this product to others! It's so fun, it's easy to inflate and set up, all 4 of my kids LOVE IT, and this spinning top piece is just absolutely brilliant and it works great. Super happy customer right here!

This punching bag is a great item to have for a hyperactive boy! I chose to fill the bottom of this with sand as per water just in case. The top rotates a full 360 degree, making this more incisive to strike and play with. This is a huge point that my son loves to focus on, and it really keeps him entertained for a while. This really gets his energy out as well as helps redirect his energy when he is looking for that rough stimulation, especially since he only has little sisters. After strikes the 360 head stableizes within seconds keeping his interest in the punching bag where as others would just let it spin, and cause a child to loose interest. This inflated with ease and in a few brief moments and dose not leak at all. There is even a little patch kit just in case you do get a leak. Overall it was easy to get this set up, it was well packaged as well, it inflated with ease, no assembly required, just add water or sand and inflate and all is well.

I had one of these punching bags when I was a child, but unlike this version, it didn't rotate. Thus, it took a few seconds to pop back up after I punched it to the floor. This rotating/swiveling type allows for a faster punching sequence, which translates into more excitement and more energy.This model is pretty good for what it is: a child's entry into the world of punching bags. The price is competitive and a good value.The reason I gave 4 stars in lieu of 5 is because I really think this should come with a pump. More than likely this bag will be given as a gift, and how many folks have a pump on hand to inflate this? I would rather have the seller add a pump and increase the price by a few dollars, than have a disappointed child who really wants to play with the bag, but is unable to.
