This item is a 4 shelf display rack with a top hanging section. This rack comes with everything you need to assemble and provides two options for feet (small floor pads or wheels). The system took only about 30 minutes to assemble, but please note that NO INSTRUCTIONS were included. It's not difficult to figure out, but I was surprised that I had to figure out the order of operations myself. The set includes 10 pegs for the hanging section at the top. The shelfs are great for holding chips and cookies. I personally set this in my mancave for snacks right next to the beer fridge.Overall, this rack is easy to assemble, I have taken a star away because there were no instructions included. It looks really nice and holds plenty of snacks. I'd recommend at this price point, as long as you don't mind figuring things out yourself.
