I’ve been trying to find a sauce similar to the happy scallion sauce in A-sha noodles, and this is such a close call, it may be better!! I actually add it to my noodles since I like a more sauce than the packet provides, and I’m in love!

I mix it in with ground beef. I mix it in eggs. I have never had so many tell me how much they like the dishes when I add this ingredient.

I decided to try this scallion sauce because I was looking for something to add more flavor to my noodles and rice dishes. It turned out to be a tasty addition that really elevates the meals. The scallion oil is rich and aromatic, making my soups and stir-fries much more enjoyable. I love drizzling it on everything for that extra kick.On the downside, the sauce can be a bit oily for some dishes. It might overpower the flavors of subtler foods, so I suggest using it sparingly. I don’t know how it tastes and I’m not interested in trying it because it has a prop 65 warning for lead and cadmium; I would not have bought it if it was stated on the Amazon page. It had only mentioned the prop 65 bpa warning.

Very yummy. Add anywhere you would use evoo.
