A life saver...though embarrassing...I soiled my pants

Having suffered for years when it comes to going to the toilet, one night of taking these and I was glad I was awake early for work. These work incredibly quickly and after a few days it makes you feel so much better. I actually got a few spots over the first few days as my body seemed to cleanse but after a week I feel so much better. Will definitely be buying these again

The ingredients will soften your stool, so recommended for that. No such thing as a "cleanse" though (your body does that by itself, otherwise you'd be dead!) - please stop with the pseudoscience!

Iv tried many of these type of tablets. These are really effective, defo work at around 12 hours so time it so that you are near the toilet! Dont dare trust a fart beforehand lols. Empty you right out and not too harsh with stomach cramps unless your really clogged then first time maybe will give you some cramps but nothing unbearable I mean as a woman we birth a child so. Anyway great little pills 💊

Absolutely rubbish. Had high hopes for this. I'm sorry but who are writing these reviews. Saying these actually works. Don't waste your money.

I seem to be slower than others, I took two of these tablets before bedtime and got a result the following lunchtime.Difficult to say if it was the tablets or the prunes I eat daily.Knocked a star off as although having heart shaped tablets may be a novelty I found it made them more difficult to swallow.

Great value for money. Use once ot twice a week. Just make sure you’re near a toilet.
