Ordered a 7 foot heavy rod received it looks nice.But they sent me the wrong size I received a 6 foot rod. not gonna bother with sending it back. Just make sure if you order this travel, ride double check. That is the right size.

Great idea for fishing at your travel destination
My dad and brother are both fishermen, and we go to the Florida Keys for a week in April most years. This is the perfect gift for my dad to be able to bring a fishing rod with him when we go! The case could be better, but should be ok for a carryon.

Quality travel rod
This rod is made well. The reel looks in place as stays tightened. All of the eyes are straight, secure and good quality. The rod sections fit together snugly. Align the section and then push it in firmly. Don’t force the section further than it wants to go and don’t worry if it looks like they’re not in “all the way.” As long as the section doesn’t rotate, it’s good.This rod is all about convenience. There’s always some compromise with a multi-piece rod. This feels like a good option if you need to keep a big rod in a small space.Look at the photos and read the description. I found all of the info to be 100% accurate.
