While I already live an active lifestyle and know that fitness, what you eat and whether you meditate or process emotions regularly in a conscious way are really what will determine your mood and energy levels. I do feel an energetic enhancement with this product after taking it for several weeks. Also wanted to share that because there is a reliance on the vitamin B3 there is a flush that happens sometimes, can literally make your skin feel flush, warm. This is normal. I knew about this in advance so don't worry if you experience that at some point. I also did research the ingredients and all looks good for anti-aging, dna repair and memory. Good value for the price.

NAD+ supplements have been getting increasingly popular since David Sinclair (geneticist at Harvard Sinclair Lab) started publicizing its anti-aging test results on lab rats.I haven’t been taking it long but I wanted to see if it had any effect, so I added it to my diet, along with some other anti-aging compounds.The Gorani Nictoinamide NAD+ 900mg w/resveratrol and quercitin is suppose to boost NAD+. The bottle contains 80 capsules, and the dosage is 2 caps, so there are 40 servings in the bottle, which makes each dose about $0.26.As best as I can tell there is no aroma or taste from these capsules. I’ve taken them on an empty stomach and with food, but I didn’t feel any ill side effects (cast iron stomach I guess). I can’t say I’ve noticed any benefits such as improved energy or stamina either, but I take other supplements too, so it may be impossible to pinpoint which is doing what.I initially thought these were made in the USA because of the American flag on the bottle, but they are clearly from China. There is no indication where the ingredients are sourced ( I have to presume China), and there is no indication the ingredients are organic either. I’ll finish the bottle but I may try other NAD+ supplements unless I feel something positive by the time I finish the bottle. Time will tell.

I have been doing a lot of research on NAD+ supplements, there is a lot of information out there and some is even misleading noting it to cause cancer which is not the case. Long story short, albeit this is a fairly newer company I tried the supplement and wanted to wait a month to report on it. I'm 52, go to the gym regularly and once I started taking this my energy levels have significantly increased in addition to my weight reducing and skin glows. I don't generally fall for gimmicks, so this wanted to wait and test this out before doing my review. For the price and what I've felt, it's worth it's bang for it's buck!

You’d think a product that has an American flag on the package would indicate it was made in the USA…nope. The company that sells it is in Colorado but the manufacturer is in China. No return policy. That’s how they get you
