I bought this for a colleague and she loves it! She is moving into Management and she now has a different perspective on success.

We demonstrate leadership skills in everyday situations, but are we an effective leader or a jerk? Everyone should read this book to learn how to recognize one's inadvertent obnoxiousnous and how to build people up rather than tear them down. I am learning how the content is applicable to to personal and professional relationships.

Always a winner, never gets old or out-dated. Great resource that I use to ground current leaders and “bring them back to reality” when they can’t see the errors of their ways. Practical, common sense, exceptional insight from Goldsmith. All leaders who think they walk on water, take a read!!!

Got this on the suggestion of a work friend. I have to say, it's an easy read and there were several "Oh yeah!" moments in the book. Definitely can help you become a better team player, leader and even can apply to your everyday life outside of work. As an executive woman, it's imperative to gain insight and tools to relate to people in a more effective and professional manner.

Quick read. Easy to plan out your change for the better. Be open minded and give it a shot.

Great reminder of the importance of constant learning and developing.
