Q: Is this toxic at all?

I wouldn’t drink it! No. I don’t believe it would be allowed to be sold if it were.

Q: Does this come with a dispenser pump?

No. It's only the gallon jug. I had bought a small size bottle earlier with a flip top dispenser, and use this jug to refill it.

Q: Does this product have a shelf life? Don't want to buy a gallon to fine out it may loose it's ability to what it's intended to do.

I have had a gallon for about a year from which I fill a smaller 12oz squeeze bottle. I have not noticed any degradation in functionality. I do keep the gallon supply tightly capped.

Q: can you used this product in a carpet cleaner to get lead out of carpets?

You can try but this is a hand soap - will foam up
