Great-tasting cornbread, and so easy to make. We always have this product in the cupboard. We love it!

The package suggest using a can of corn ... that makes a real difference, cause there are no kernels of corn in the mix powder. I add raisins, cranberries, chopped jalapenos. etc whateveer suits my mood. Toss the fruit with a little granulated sugar and flour and it will stay suspended rather than sink to the bottom.Try baking this in a springform pan inside of a dutch oven. The result is something that's super moist, but be aware that the center becomes pudding-like and takes a long time to set. Cooking time is about doubled.

Very easy to make.

Each bag clearly states it contains 15 cups of mix, however, every bag we used (6 bags) only contained 11 cups of product. That's a significant shortage.

I love Marie Callender’s cornbread. It’s a little bit sweet with a nice cornbread taste.

It takes 3 cups of the mix + 1.5 cups of water to make one 9inch by 9inch pan of corn bread. There are about 9 cups of mix in this bag :/ do the math before you make this purchase. I wish I did.

I love this mix. Easy and tastes great. A go to when my kids were small. Its hard to find the large package any longer in the stores. This fit the bill!
