Fantastic once you use eq
These are some great earbuds once you eq them in the app. At first they sound dull and the bass is flat (I know some like flat bass but I'm somewhat of a basshead). I don't know if they just added an eq in the app because I couldn't find it the first time but I went back and found it and I'm glad I did. The only thing that's holding these earbuds back it the connectivity.Fit and comfort: 9.5Battery life: 8Call quality: 9Volume: 9.5Bass: 10Sound clairty: 10Connectivity: 8Overall score: 9.1

case battery doesn't work, limited app, limited configuration options
The sound of these buds is great, however during a long flight, when you lose the battery on the buds (in my case it lasts much less than 8 or 6 hours), you put it back in the case, wait and take it back - the earbuds are completely drained. The only way to charge them is when the case is connected to the charger. In addition, the app has a single icon for battery, not sure whether it is the case or the buds. The configuration options for the touch are limited - either volume or ANC, my old Jabra 85t has much better app and much better options.

Impressive audio, good build quality, fast charging, comfortable in ear, poor quality control
I was excited to get these Bowers and Wilkins earbuds because this company has earned a reputation for producing high quality audio equipment. My expectations were high.I spent two hours of frustration trying to get them to work. My enthusiasm faded. More on that later. What I likeo Good build quality.o Impressive audio.o Comfortable fit in the ear.o Fast charging time.o Takes standard USB-C charging cable.o Buds snap securely into the case.o Case is easy to open and close.o Single indicator light shows state of charge, pairing, error. What I Don't Likeo The Bluetooth connection would intermittently cut in and out. This would occur when I moved my head. There was also a crackling noise coming out of each earbud. This made listening unacceptable.I thought this might be operator error or possibly an incompatibility with my tablet. I then connected them via Bluetooth to another Android device and i got the same result.I loaded the B&W music app from the Play Store and connected to music using it. No difference. I deleted the app and tried again with a couple of well-known streaming services. No difference. After about two hours of testing and experimentation I decided to search the Web and see if anybody else was having this same issue. I found multiple reports of this issue, not just on a Pi6 but on B&W's other earbud models as well.I also noticed there were many reviews that raved about how good these earbuds are. Could I have gotten a faulty pair? So, I returned the earbuds (thank you Amazon) and got an exact replacement. To my delight, the replacement earbuds worked right away as they should. I can deduce from this the first pair was indeed faulty.Obviously, this is a quality control issue. Some units work. Others don't.Summary CommentsThis is a high quality set of earbuds that produces impressive audio. Hopefully B&W will correct the quality control issue. Although I had some frustration early-on with a faulty pair, I still think this is a good product.

Great Sound, But Hard To Love
The Bowers & Wilkins Pi6 Wireless Earbuds deliver the premium audio quality you'd expect from the brand, with deep bass, clear highs, and a well-rounded sound profile, thanks to their aptX Adaptive and 12mm drivers. However, despite the sound quality, the earbuds come with a few significant drawbacks.Connectivity is a major issue, as they experience frequent dropouts, which can be frustrating during use. The fit is not ideal for everyone — they didn’t feel comfortable in my ears, leading to an uncomfortable listening experience during extended wear. The companion app also leaves much to be desired, offering limited functionality and a below-par user experience. In summary, while the sound quality is top-notch, connectivity issues, poor comfort for some users, and a lackluster app make these earbuds hard to fully love, especially considering the price point. They might be a good choice for audiophiles who prioritize sound but should be approached with caution for those seeking a more seamless overall experience.

Disappointed
When they did work, they sounded pretty good. But not even after owning them for two days, one of them would repeatedly cut in and out of connectivity. I read a review saying that this happened, should’ve listened.
