Dinner backs it’s product!
It’s easy to assemble! Sounds like a real piano. The keyboard is weighted too. I couldn’t be more satisfied! Has a whole digital panel which I haven’t explored….

Alot of the "tones" are the same
Key action is good, piano sound is good. Alot of the tones are wrong or sound the exact same. Something was wrong with the programming. Sent it back.

Best option keyboard.
Great. So many different options. Best for kids in the house. Because you can unplug when you don’t want noise.

Good piano for the beginner
Bought this piano for my 7 years old daughter. Piano looks and sounds good, the keys are weighted as I expected. It is easy to assemble, however the instructions can be improved for the better. I bought the piano and the bench together but they came in separately shipments. Both shipments arrived on time as promised, and the packages were well packaged. Happy with the purchase.

Easy to assemble!
Comes in one box but it is easy to assemble. Holes pre drilled and seems well built. I bought it for my wife since we do not have room for a full size piano. We tried a keyboard but it didn’t feel like a regular piano and this one does.

Love this
Great piano. I love how when you press a key, it shows on the screen where that key is on the musical staff. I don't really use anything other than the piano sound, and don't need to. Its great to be able to play the piano with a low volume and not wake everybody up.

Overpromised
Unfortunately, the Download Access Code they provided for the free software they promised does not work. The steps to download the music apps required downloading a bunch of other apps so now my PC just has a bunch of bloatware that I need to uninstall. The white plastic on top of the pedals don't peel off cleanly. I had to use tweezers to pull out the rest carefully while trying not to scratch the medal. The two wooden panels holding the piano up doesn't sit flush to the ground. Thankfully, the piano was heavy enough to negate most of the difference so that it's barely noticeable. They show the chair in all of the adverts, but this product does not come with a chair. You'll have to order one separately. The piano itself does sound good though.

Defective Piano: Incorrect Tones, Volume, and Sync Issues
I'm experiencing issues with the tones and sounds on this piano. For example:(1) Tone (voice) number 2 should sound like a Bright Piano lead voice, but it doesn't.(2) Tone (voice) number 3, E Piano, sounds like a Saxophone instead. Moreover, many voices remain unchanged when switching between Tone (voice) numbers, producing the same sound. The volume control is also malfunctioning; when I turn it down, the sound suddenly drops to silence around the 2 level mark while 2.5 level is still loud.Additionally, the insertion feature causes the beat to go out of sync (delayed). Considering these issues, I believe this piano is worth $300 or less, not its current price tag or they shouldn't sell it at all. After waiting 2 weeks to receive and played a few minutes, I am returning now. Very disappointed!
