I was skeptical about ordering this. But honestly it was easy to put together. Even though it came with no instructions. I give it about 15 to 20 minutes to heat up so it's at optimal temperature when I get in. It is effective in working up a sweat. Takes up minimal space and if I wanted to pack it with me it would be simple enough.

Love! Easy to assemble! Heats up quick! The chairs are a tad small but you could easily use one of your own. Great value for the money!

It's fine for the price. The PVC pipes don't stay together well, it's kind of junky to be honest but will get the job done. But you do sit inside just looking at pvc pipes thinking I paid $200 bucks for this LOL I probably would get a tent one with my head poking out next time. I'll keep it but it's not that great.

I have been looking for a small in home (non-invasive) infrared sauna ever since I moved and my new gym does not have one. This product has been exactly what I needed. I always like to finish a workout with some sauna time or if I ever need the heat during a cold winter and this does the trick. It took me 20 minutes to assemble and works great. The control is only in Celsius and it never gets to 65 degrees, but mine hovers around 55-58 when I am in there. I let it heat up for about 15 minutes and I am sweating within 5-10 minutes. The key is to keep the zipper closed as much as possible to not let in cool air. If I need to use my phone, I do NOT keep it in there with me but will set it on the floor outside the zipper for quick access. Also, the chair that comes with it is very small and low to the ground. I have just bought a shower seat that sits a little higher (and is waterproof) so it is a more comfortable for me (I am 6'2"). Overall, a great purchase...it is lightweight, effective, and it can go anywhere.

The frame is pvc, not metal. Not thrilled with the idea of sitting in a box of heated pvc.
