Does the job done and same price elsewhere.
Happy with the product. I got the G Pro Wireless Superlight Hot Swap PCB (GPX). All the soldered hotswap barrels fit my Huano Brown switches, my TTC White 8mm Encoder, and the provided micro switch for the MMB fine. One thing I did notice is that when everything is re-assembled there is a bit of a side-to-side movement with the middle mouse wheel. I believe this is because the encoder is just floating and is not securely soldered. I may consider soldering the encoder if I like it enough, and then leave the switches alone in case I want to try new ones. Also the nice thing is that you can get this quickly...AliExpress costs the same amount and takes longer.

Excellent purchase, worked first time without any problems
The pcb and the encoder worked perfectly out of the box. I bought my own switches but overall this was an amazing purchase that brings life back to an old mouse. 5/5 highly recommend!

Doesn't fit, bad quality
This was supposed to be plug and play requiring no soldering. It has too much solder on the hotswap barrels to fit the PCB snuggly within the mouse, resulting in neither front buttons clicking, much less securing the pcb within the mouse without bending it.Would not recommend until they get quality under control.

Excellent kit! Fixed my beloved G Pro without waste
My Logitech G Pro started having the dreaded double click issue. I did not the soldering equipment (or skill) to replace switches on existing board. This made the swap straight forward and mostly plug and play. Really appreciate the included screwdriver and pads. Means you have pretty much everything you'll need to do this replacement except the switches (does include middle mouse click switch and scroll encoder). Would recommend having something flat/sharp to pry off the pads, and tweezers for disconnecting and reconnecting the two ribbons inside on hand. Opted to go with Kailh GM4.0 (Red) switches.

Bad Soldering
Excessive soldering paste on hot swap barrels. The PCB does not sit flush against mouse housing as is. Unable to right click without reflowing solder. Can be fixed with a heat gun.

Super Great and prevents WASTE! Highly Recommend!!!
I have a Logitech G pro wireless mouse i have become attached to. The Scroll Wheel started to become squeaky and the middle click started failing. I was sad that i would have to throw away this mouse, but then i found this hotswap adapter that would allow me to build my own mouse module for replacement!I got myself some nice linear Kailh switches and an alps encoder for the mouse wheel, in addition to that, i used a stiffer switch for the middle click (i like a strong middle click).Mind you, you will not need to take apart the entire mouse to replace this module, but you may need to if you drop a screw. Don't fret if that happens, just go slow and ensure you're following the directions. You will need to remove your skates prior to opening the mouse, but the manufacturer was nice enough to provide replacements as well. So you're getting a bonus when purchasing this! You may want to take this opportunity to replace your skates to glass skates or applying grip (I use supergrip).Have fun!The process was seamless and was very fun. This isnt for the feint of heart, but if you're interested in salvaging your mouse, i would highly recommend this hotswap kit. The worst that can happen is you can break something (which is where many of us already were prior to starting this kit.My mouse now performs like a brand new one, and with switches i chose!

Worth it if you don't already have soldering equipment or ability.
This is essential if you are experiencing double click problems and you also don't have soldering equipment or the skills to do it. Grabbing all the stuff and time to do this with the regular board comes out on the bottom than just grabbing the hot swap kit, let alone the potential of screwing up the process. With this if your switches inevitably start failing, you can just swap them out easily. Everything is literally plug and play. The scary parts end up only being carefully removing your mouse skates, but it comes with extra ones to replace them with just in case.Overall a great investment if you constantly have failing switches.
