Great energy, same money as Timeline with discount, easy to take, great muscle recovery

I ordered this product because as we age we all need cellular rejuvenation. When I choose a supplement to put into my body I like to do the research on a company. If you click on the company name under the price where it says sold by, this give you the information where the product is made. This company shows it is made in Florida. They do provide a street address and if you look it up you will see an apartment complex. I’m not so sure how controlled of an environment this product could be made in. I don’t particularly like trying a supplement where there isn’t any quality control or a reputable business involved in the manufacturing. Online after more research you can find a business certificate with another address listed in New Jersey. If you search this address you will also find a residential dwelling. I can see where the company provides a QR code so that you can see certifications and information on testing. They do have a website but even there no business address. This product is costly. I am still unsure of where the facility is that these products are made. I did go ahead and try these. You have to take 4 capsules for one serving. This is a 30 day supply. I really couldn’t tell a difference after taking them for 30 days but they’d make take longer than that to work.

This supplement is one of the newest, but it has some clinical studies with a promising results. I take 2 capsules of this Urolithin A supplement a day. This capsules are easy to swallow and no aftertaste. I don't have any side effects. I have higher energy level after taking it for a month. I am very impressed with a quality of this supplement, however the price makes it very expensive for the regular use.

Positives include the independent testing results. Hard to fake those. While I originally thought my mind was tricking me, I think that these provide a bit of an energy boost which could help with athletic performance. Otherwise....it's tough to how effective these truly are. And considering the price, you might want some further analysis of urolithin benefits.

It’s always hard to review supplements as it takes a lot of time to gauge how well they’re working and even then, you can’t be certain if it’s this or all the other things you’re doing for your health. I really wanted to try these because of the Urolithin A. Urolithin A can help promote energy production as well as potentially help muscle endurance/strength. As someone who lifts, these are both really important to me. The added bonus are the potential anti-aging features but again, this is very hard to pinpoint and actually trace the effects of from a supplement.This supplement is incredibly expensive and I can’t necessarily tell you if this alone is doing anything but it hasn’t hurt me either. I'm not entirely sure how I feel about the brand as they aren't that well known in the supplement space either. Regardless, I’ll be continuing to consistently take this and if I see any more positive or negative results, I’ll be sure to update this review.

I am so surprised to find a product like this. Finally, they are testing alternative treatments in multicenter double-blind placebo-controlled studies. This brand of Urolithin A is ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 3rd party tested to assure it is the real thing. YOU DON'T SEE ANY OF THIS ON 99.99% OF THE SUPPLEMENTS SOLD. The is currently a NIH, National Cancer Institute study being done: Placebo-Controlled Trial of Urolithin A Supplementation in Men with Prostate Cancer Undergoing Radical Prostatectomy, URO-PRO Trial:"This phase II randomized control trial assesses the effect of Urolithin A (Uro-A) supplementation compared to placebo in men with biopsy-confirmed prostate cancer undergoing radical prostatectomy (RP) progressive disease. A total of 90 men will be accrued and randomized 1:1 to receive a 1000 mg daily dose of Uro-A in two 250 mg capsules PO BID or two placebo capsules BID daily for 3 to 6 weeks prior to RP. The primary endpoint is to determine the effect of Uro-A on decreasing prostate tumor tissue oxidative stress (measured by 8-OHdG) compared to placebo".The 5 centers are Los Angeles Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Northwestern, U of Chicago Cancer Center, Duke (where I did my internship and residency), U. of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center. OMG! Results not back and subjects still being taken, but this is phase II study. There have been NIH metabolic studies completed you just have to Google. After giving one star (they don't have 0) for a lot of these supplements it is really, really nice to see one that might help people and has information about it that means something.

Recently received these and I have been taking them for a couple of weeks now. I have not had any strange side effects or problems, and the capsules are easy to swallow.Overall 4 stars. I am not sure exactly what I am supposed to feel with these but hopefully they will do some good. I am always open to advanced cellular rejuvenation, as long as it works.I am glad it is EPEB certified. Not sure what I would do if it wasnt.Thank you and I hope this was helpful.
