First of all these gummies taste amazing. That is the first thing I noticed, because alot of these products have a weird non speaking taste to them, but not these. So if you like gummies, you may have to hide these because they will have you eating more than you should.The effects are noticeable, at least they were to me within a short amount of time. I had more energy and I was finding myself sleeping better, so I can say the effectiveness was certainly there. I'll be buying these again.

They taste pretty good and are easy to chew. Deducting stars for the fact that it contains added sugars and that there is no contact information on the bottle.

I do feel a difference in energy after taking these. My grandson suggested them and they're easy to take.

I've been seeing a lot about shilajit benefits on my FYP on social media.
