Dermalize Pro Protective Tattoo Film (Pack of 5)

Needed to cover a small fresh tattoo from being in and out of a lake at work, this film did a good job at protecting my tattoo and it is healed well with minimal effort. One critique would be the film is difficult to peel, however that is largely due to the fact I cut it into smaller pieces to fit the tattoo. The adhesion was also slightly easy to disrupt but shouldn't be a problem with regular changing

Really easy to apply and makes tattoo healing a breeze! Wish I’d done this wish all my other tattoos before! No more dealing with cling film!

I absolutely love Dermalize Pro sheets! It makes healing process SO much easier, I will be using it from now on on every new tattoo! I left it on my fresh one for about six days straight and I didn’t have to worry about any scabbing which is the most annoying part for me. Now I just wash and moisturize. Will be buying again!

Every strip had a melted or damaged part in the middle where the seal is, I tried all 5 but each one was the same, I managed to get half of one of the sheets off and it just wasn’t sticking. I’m now working away for 5 days with no way of obtaining anymore and I can’t return as I’m away and they are all screwed up little bits that didn’t work now anyway. I am now going to have a very sore arm for a few days when I should have had second skin on it 🤦🏻‍♀️

Takes one or two applications to get right but works great and I’ll definitely be using again.

Bought the 5 pack after not being able to buy the TattooMed protective film I have used in the past. This was used on a tattoo on my forearm.Firstly I would recommend to maybe buy them for simple daily use.The application of the film isnt explained the best there but after you figure it out it is simple/easy enough - but I could never get it to be completely covered; would always be left with a few air bubbles.The adhesion I found to be the biggest problem. I bought these with the intention of using them throughout a gym session. I did expect it to come loose like others, however it seemed to just peel back on its own after my first exercise. I put another one on to cover me for the night which seemed to work but when getting ready the morning after it just seemed to peel off with ease again.

I bought these as the placement of my new tattoo was going to make it difficult to wrap. Application was easy and the instructions were very clear. It was totally stuck to my body and perfect for keeping any ink/plasma off my bedsheets when I slept that night.The next morning, however, was borderline traumatising. I took it off after about 19 hours post-application, as the packaging recommends changing it once a day. I got in the shower and began removal under warm water and soon realised it wasn’t gonna budge without some force.The removal process was extremely painful, left me with adhesive still attached and red raw (as pictured). It does the job, yes, but the removal process was so painful I immediately threw the rest in the bin.
