I mix this as 1 scoop with 7 oz unsweetened vanillla almond milk, 1oz heavy cream and a little PB powder. Absolutely delicious! I feel very full for a long time after and need to remind myself to eat. I definitely recommend giving this a shot for a good ketone burst and healthy fats. I haven't been drinking this long enough to know how well the nootropic part is helping or how much of an overall impact it is having on my diet. But so far, it has been very worth it as a sweet way to start my day with the added bonus of brain food and ketones.

my hack is to use 1/2 tsp in 8 oz coffee to make it last and then i will add 1/2 tsp of brain octane and dash cinnamon, stevia drops and blend for the most decadent delicious morning fuel

I got this product about a week ago. This is going to sound weird, but I like to make a cup of hot chai, add a little heavy cream, and this. The chocolate flavor works well with the creamy, spicy chai. It's very luxurious. I've been using nootropics for some time, so I was excited to try this product when I decided to go keto again. I work full time as a cook, and I attend a rigorous online biochemistry program. I am chronically fatigued, physically and mentally. This product definitely helps with that. I get a boost of smooth, non-jittery energy. I also suffer severe anxiety, so high caffiene is not a good choice for me. I like the flavor and effect of the product very much. I like how it contains SO MANY different things. BHB salts, collagen, nootropics, MCT oil. It's got all the bases covered just about. My only gripe is the price. I know, it is a solid product and the price point is probably about where it should be. I just wish I could afford to buy a tub every month, or half a month. Maybe if the company starts selling a lot of this product the price could come down. If I had the money I'd be a monthly subscriber. But, in the meantime, I found a pill supplement with the same compounds and a less expensive BHB/MCT supplement. I'd recommend this product to anybody who can afford it.

I originally was looking for a nutritional product that would help me properly recover on time from a bruised rib. I stumbled upon this product and the added brain nutrition was a major plus to me (I was studying for a board exam at the time as well). When used in moderation (cycling off here and there, not getting too "used" to the product) the mental clarity was amazing! I highly recommend this product, after one try, this product has my loyalty!

Great when in keto but very chalky

Love this product. I drink every morning in my Starbucks sugar free cinnamon dulce latte with almond. I use one scoop of this plus one scoop of the chocolate or caramel perfect keto collagen protein. It’s a perrrrfect meal and so yummy. I love the brain clarity & power this gives me. Can definitely tell a difference. I highly recommend.
