Wish I could give zero stars for this pathetic product. 5000 mah capacity and I consistently got only up to 33% battery level through magsafe charging. Wireless/magnetic charging should provide atleast 60-70% efficiency if not more. Even charging up to 1-2% the power bank gets heated to a level that it feels like it will blast!!! Better stay away from this useless product.

I bought this Amazon Basics MagSafe power bank from Amazon, but it stopped working in less than a month. The MagSafe attachment is faulty—when I try to connect my iPhone, it doesn’t charge at all. Either the magnet has weakened, or it’s not connecting properly. I didn’t expect such poor durability from Amazon Basics. Total waste of money! Wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.Within a week of usage, the wireless power bank stopped working altogether. It no longer charges my phone, rendering it useless. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the quality of this product.Given Amazon's reputation for delivering high-quality products, I didn't expect such a subpar experience. I hope Amazon takes steps to improve the quality of their Basics range.Until then, I would caution others against purchasing this product.Date of Purchase: 18th December 2024

Quality is okay but heat issue..

Charging speed ossam. Heat level is normal power bank performance is awesome, value for money ... Loved it tqq Amazon basic ❤

Starting with the fragility of the product, it will come apart very easily if you accidentally drop it from waist height, the materials used don’t feel like it is meant to last a long time. And the most important part is the ‘magnets are very weak’ even with the magsafe cover on they just dont stick, you are always concerned about dropping it or worst dropping your phone.
