I brought this duo as my hair was shredding so when I combed it I was loosing quite a bit of hair. These are working so well for me as the amount of hair I'm loosing has decreased dramatically. I use them both once a week. Apply them on freshly washed hair when dried. I then apply the serum first then the cream then blow dry. They do smell nice to, a floral scent. It's not strong but is noticeable.I have rated 4 stars as the lack of instructions on the outer packaging and on the bottles themselves. I had to do the good old Google search to find out how to use them.I have afro hair that has been treated with nanoplasty treatment. As these are sulphate free this was why I chose to try them. Definitely worth it for me as they are helping with my hair shredding.

Neither product leaves any residue or heavy feeling, which is perfect for my fine hair.Both products are leave-in treatments. The cream goes on after towel drying and the spray I use just before blow drying.Effectiveness:I noticed a difference even after first use, where my hair felt stronger and looked healthier.What I really love is that it helps with heat protection when I'm straightening my hair, and it actually feels like it's doing something rather than just sitting on my hair. My hair is thin and fine and I have to make sure I don't use anything that makes my hair too greasy or weighs it down too much so it's good this doesn't.The smoothness and reduction in breakage has been pretty noticeable, so I'd say this is a winner. It's very hard to measure this effectiveness but I'd say after a month or regular use I'm reaping the benefit.Verdict:I'm really happy with how this duo works for my fine, colour-treated hair. Just what I needed but I'd only use it when my hair needs rescuing due to the price point.

Lovey formulas! Granted these are only small bottles however they are brilliant for a taster to see how they work with your hair.I found less is more with this combo!After using the set I can definitely feel the difference is my hair. More structure and strength!

I have type 4C Afro hair. I have been getting severe breakage partly due to menopause. I thought it would be an idea to give this a try. I put it on my hair and was really impressed with how the hair felt. I then sprayed on the solution which has a lovely fresh summary smell definitely not overpowering. My hair felt coated but in a good way very soft and manageable. Far too early to see any results but I'm quite impressed by how this has initially made my hair feel. I will update this review in a month if anything changes.
