Good Product
It's a good product overall, steel not plastic and build quality is also good, keeps chapatis fresh n soft BUT doesn't keep them hot. So, it's not a "hot case" so don't have that expectation. Giving it 4 star just due to this reaaon

Excellent
Five stars for the best ever finish and quality of the steel... looks like comes out of a mould. Looks classy as a serving pot. Lid fit perfectly without any gap. Another five stars for performance. Kept hot sambar till 3/4th of the vessel. Retained hotness till 4hours.. for another 2hours retained warmness to the level that reheating not needed. Only thing if it had a locking lid like other cassaroles wud have a greater performance. The lid just sits on top as normal non stick pan lids. Still am completely satisfied with the performance. Infact not having a locking lid itself a good thing if we see it as a serving pot that opening lid and serving is very easy.Excellent packing. Extremely happy with the seller for the quality worth the money spent compact packing and on time delivert.Love shopping at amazon

Not worth
Brought a medium sized one. Finishing is not proper. Not worth spending so much on this as quality wise it's very thin and when pressed makes noise(it's that thin). Doesn't keep heat intact. As its just a glass lid, ants pass in very easily (if u have issues of ants in ur house) . It's not intact. Not worth. Wanted to replace all plastic items with steel, but sad I got this one. Can't return as I have used it.

Must Buy Product inthis price range.👌🏻👌🏻
Very good roti server in this range. It's come with a beautiful packaging.Lock feature is very nice. Easy to carry due to extnded handle which was missing in cello product. You can store easily 13 to 14 rotis inside it. I can suggest for a family having 3to 4 members. Rotis are hot up to 40-50 minutes.

Unnecessary hyped product
This is the only product where my confidence in customer's reviews totally shattered. After reading above average reviews of this product from many customers, I placed order. Mind you ,I have never been happy with casseroles of any brand for the last two decades. All of them are lousy. I have nearly 10 different vbrand products. After purchasing the product, I tried everything suggested, including pouring hot water and keeping it for 10 minutes, to see whether the rotis could be kept warm. No way. Rotis are cold after 10 minutes. Why do I need a casserole for keeping rotis warm for 10 minutes, they are that much warm in open air or any container.

I find the plastic plate quite useless for the size that I bought
Keeps chapaties / phulkas hot for a few hours, if the dish is pre-heated as per instructions, with hot water. However, I find the plastic plate quite useless for the size that I bought. It is a little small (would be a great fit for the small size) and the bottom most chapati tends to get a bit wet and soggy after a few hours due to the accumulation of water vapour on the lid, which then runs down as water drops along the side of the dish to the bottom. There should be some research done still to prevent accumulation of water vapour / alternative to the run off of water vapour. What I do: remove the lid when water vapour has accumulated on it and let the water run off it into the sink for a few seconds, then replace.
