Our family LOVES using XClear. Anytime I feel the slightest scratch in my throat, or if I know we've been exposed to sickness, I start using it. I use the kids kind on my 2,4, and 6 year olds. They lay down and I just drip two drips into each nostril and have them sniff. We use that in conjunction with the nose frieda to clear out their noses. It's the best combination for colds. I do it several times a day when they are sick or complain of scratchy throats or drippy noses. Same for me. Great product and love the ingredients!

Thought i was buying a 2 pack of regular sized not one and a childs sized one

This will definitely clear you up. A great alternative to Flonase and less expensive.

Got it as a way to help protect against the viruses and bio-weapons that the gov comes up with too poison the population with I feel much more protected spraying with it once a day I'm an adult and it works great on us as well as kids
