Value for money. Good build quality. Compressed a little after siting on the chair. But working fine. Let's see how long it lasts.

Good Product, Bad Packaging
The product is very good, seems strong and long lasting, but the seller shipped it in a thin amazon paper bag, seller should improve product packaging. Also, there was no instruction manual, I had to struggle to install this in the chair, at least add a printed paper with instructions on it for customers.

Best Product
I can recommend this to any office chair, I was bit unsure about buying this but still thought to try it once, and it is really reliable and strong. I have been using this for a few months now and I'm happy with it. request you please be careful while fixing this to your chairs personally if you call a professional they charge about 1k, and if you can fix it, it's just this hydraulic price and needs a hammer and your time about 1hr of hard work,. :) that's all, check youtube videos and jump into it.
