Very usefull
I'm in love with this tape. When I'm injured or having a muscle pull while working out it doesn't make me quit for the day. It reminds me that common let's stop the pain with the tape and continue working out. Don't quit the goals for the day.

Too good for this price. I had a weak scapula (the back shoulder bone), to which I used to apply the tape. This is about 4m long which is too good at this price. Adhesion is also good even when being wet.A must buy.

Great Forster surgery covering of staples or stitches. The best available out of two which are highest quality. H I had 22 staples on shoulder to protect everyday and this discussion the job.
