Started using them a few days ago (taking 1 a day). Taking them not for muscle building but for the mental health - cognitive function reason as I'm an OAP now. Along with a hand cooked balanced diet (includes oily fish, blueberries etc.), eating soaked walnuts. Appears to have had some effect and if I need to take 2 tablets in the future I can (as they say slow but sure wins the race) so hopefully it'll be thumbs up, currently keeping my fingers crossed. Tablets arrived safely, on time & packaged OK. Reason I purchased these was I saw a video suggesting creatine tablets were useful for my problem, so nothing ventured nothing gained..

Since I started taking these creatine tablets, my strength training has seen significant improvement. As mentioned in other reviews, the tablets are large and rock hard. I soak mine in water first to soften up first. Which is no better than using powder. Other than that, all ok.

This is the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth. Do not try to chew unless you have good dental insurance! Don't even taste of anything either. Worst supplement I've ever come across... Avoid at all costs.
