Waterproof and easy to spread

I've never used anything like this before, very thick with fibers rubbing through it. It's physically hard to put on the roof because it's so thick and will take a long time if you have a large surface like a garage roif. However, it's well worth the effort. It does a great job, it seemed to fill any gaps I could find on the flat roof and I painted into a section of roof that was quite wet and it still stuck in place. Only negative is that I purchased this with a 'free brush and gloves' - don't bother with that, the brush is tiny and it's not free, they add about £2 to the cost. I used a masonry brush which was good. The cover shows a broom, so the bigger the better!

Ordered on Tuesday, arrived Friday, used on Saturday. Easy to apply, free gloves and brush means you're just ready to go no messing! I used on small shed roof and spread quite thickly. Can't see it not working as it has formed a complete seal on the roof.

Required a bit of work to apply but that's to be expected given the consistency and fibres within the paint. Hopefully will help maintain the flat roof for a few years to come.

Bought this and completely painted the roof of my garden hut with it as I had water coming in. That was in the summer and I made sure it had time to dry completely before any rain was forecast, so I followed the instructions completely. Went out to the hut yesterday to get something and hut is totally soaking so a complete waste of money.

I used this to paint over mineral felt on shed roof as leaking badly. Not the easiest to spread but with some effort to spread it well it looks good and stopped all the leaks.
