A solid chair that's value is hard to beat.
Full stop, if you want a nice affordable mesh chair. This is is. I'm a larger guy, and this chair is comfy and fits the bill. It's breathable, the cushion doesn't feel bad and easily something I can sit on for an extended period of time. If you have a hardwood floor and reach out to customer service you can get some rubber wheels which work much better. Building the chair is pretty simple, with not many steps. I think working solo it takes roughly 45 minutes to put together. Overall a solid chair, especially at this price point. I've sat on much more expensive chairs that feel way worse. I think this brand did a good job and would easily recommend.

My first time…and I like it.
Chairs can be tough to buy new without trying them out in person. You have no idea how it will feel, adjust, or breathe as you sit into it. The only way to know if what you’re getting is good or not is by taking a strangers word on the internet that it’s good. That being said, I’m very happy I listened to the strangers on this one.Coming from exclusively leather, cushiony chairs my whole life, I had no idea what to expect out of its mesh cousin. I was looking for something comfortable like a leather seat with the added breathability that mesh provides. This chair hits all marks. It’s comfortable, it breathes, is fully adjustable and comes with easy to read instructions backed up by the best customer service I’ve ever received online in my last 20 years on the web.The curves and contours of the chair fit my 5’10” 250 lb. frame nicely. The pneumatic adjustment is firm and cooperates well with any adjustments you might need. The upright position makes me feel like I slouch too much (which I probably do) and the lowest position almost makes me fall asleep (which I probably need). The casters glide as if on ice (after an upgrade, more on that later) and have no trouble changing course. The wheels might actually slide too well as now I have to plant my feet to stop myself on my wood floors. There is a “not included but provided upon request” lumbar pillow. The cushion is high quality but my back didn’t take to it very well. Not a knock on the chair, just my bad back. All in all, 5/5 so far.All of Assembly is easy if you’ve ever put together any office chair ever. It’s the same. No surprises there. Steel construction with steel screws and a provided Allen wrench for the initial build. I would suggest using a battery powered drill at low speed for the screws. Having a power tool makes the job much quicker but isn’t necessary. All of the pieces are clean and free of any machining burrs. Again, 5/5.Now we get to the customer service. The entire reason I decided to go with this chair was based on feedback provided by past customers. And I’m sure glad I listened. The lumbar pillow I spoke about only took a short email to acquire. Their friendly, helpful, and well spoken customer service agents are quick to reply and are always asking for feedback. I also mentioned earlier in the review that my casters were now good. That does mean the ones that it includes were not up to the standard of the rest of the chair for my weight. That being said, my wife, who is much smaller than I am, had no issues scooting around on the included wheels. Anyway, the company ended up sending me a replacement set of high quality nylon casters at no charge that tied up this experience in a nice little bow. The company did request the old wheels and base the be returned but the prepaid shipping label was provided. The option to have them arrange pickup of said items was also available. 5/5 with ease.So there it is. My first review ever. I would be doing the manufacturer a disservice by not detailing the entire experience from exceptional construction to customer service rivaled by none. If you’re looking to give mesh chairs a shot, don’t be afraid. You will not regret it.(I know this review was all positive. It was not sponsored. Unless you count the upgrades, but anyone can get those.)

Good Value With Comfort and Features That Exceed The Price Point
I didn't want to get a leather or fake leather chair since anything under $300 seems to peel after only a few years and didn't want fabric so I started looking at mesh chairs. I normally don't buy charis without being able to try them out, but the local office supply stores didn't have anything I liked at a reasonable price so I started looking online. I found some good reviews recommending this model and the price was right so I gave it a shot.Assembly was simple. If you're a millenial like me, you've been building your own furniture since college and this was a very easy build with good instructions. One tip that I give for any DIY assembled furniture is get tube of red thread lock and add it to any of the screws you don't ever want to come apart, like the legs around the base. In my epxerience with other furniture if these loosen up, the threads get worn or damaged and never tighten up as good as when they are new. Red thread lock is basically glue so the screws won't back out, but make sure to us it on screws you won't eve need ot remove because they might be stuck for good once it sets.Overall it is a good value and comfortable. I am a 5'8' and 230Lbs man and the chair fits me well. The mesh is of good quality, very similar to that found on Herman Miller Aeron chairs with a good balance of stretch and firmness. Width wise the seat is a good fit for me, but for anyone larger would probably be too narrow. I have to remove my wallet from my back pocket as the side rails press it uncomfortably against me. Like most chairs in this price point there isn't much adjustability other than the seat height and headrest height. The lower lumbar support is pretty good, but you can request an additional lumbar pillow from custoemr support if you need additional support. The back can recline to about 45 degrees and can be locked in the upright or fully reclined positions. The arms are attached to the back and tilt with the seat back. It would be nice if the spring tension could be adjusted or if there was another locking position at 30 degrees. When I lean back the spring tension doesn't put up a lot of resistance and I end up leaning all the way back and 45 degrees is too far for my liking. I might take the mechanism apart and see if I can drill a third hole for an in between position or see if I can increase the spring tension. The arm rests fold up, which isn't a feature I use, but I did notice that when folded up they don't go back far enough and rub against the back of my arm. If you don't want the arm rests they can be removed. The arm rests are also not adjustable. For me they happen to be at an absolutely perfect height, but could be too low or too high for other body shapes. The seat base does not tilt and the position is level with the ground as most chairs without adjustment are, which I find comfortable. the standard wheels that come with it are typical hard black plastic caster wheels. On hard floors or floor protectors they tend to not grip the floor and slide instead of rotating, but if you contact customer service they will send you a set of blade style wheels.Bottom line, for the price point this is a well built chair with comfort, features and quality that you would expect, if not better. It doesn't have a lot of adjustment features, but at this price point chairs with additional features usually have cheap components that don't last. Despite the lack of adjustments it should be comfortable for most body shapes that fall within the middle of the bell curve. It would buy this chair again.

A Good Comfortable Computer Work Chair
Assembly was not difficult. All the parts were included and everything was in good shape. The chair works well, and by all indications, it should last for years. The included wheels were not optimal for wood floors (though they worked ok), but happily, blade wheels are available free of charge. Customer service was prompt and courteous, and the replacement wheels arrived in a few days. Changing the wheels was simple to accomplish without tools: just turn the chair over, yank out the old wheels and insert the new ones. The blade wheels are made of firm rubber, and they glide easily over the wood floor without risk of scratching.Update: I just received a second order I placed for this chair, and replacement wheels. Everything is good with both chairs.

Great Home Office Chair
I'm 6'4", 225lbs and love this chair. Great lumbar support, easy controls, adjustable armrests and headrest that are sturdy. I did purchase the larger wheels for the rug my chair is on but I believe the original wheels would be sufficient. Happy I got it.
