I've been using this chair for over a month now. Like every new item, it takes a little bit of time to get used to. I'm writing this review now after testing it for over a month. I like the chair very much. The chair comes with following customisable options:- Adjustable Height and Depth- Adjustable arm and head rests- Adjustable backrest- Lumber support (though I'm not very fond of it)- 360 deg swivelPros:I like the headrest specially because it offers a variety of settings. You can adjust the height, tilt up and down and if you don't like it at all, you have the option to remove it also. With most of the chairs available in the market there are not many customisations available. But this chair addresses the headrest issue from all angles and the mesh is very comfortable.The arm rests can move up/down/backward/forward with an option to tilt inside/outside.There is also option to adjust the width by moving armrests in/out which i feel is designed to meet all body shape/sizes.The recliner is very good.Cons:The only issue i face with ergonomic chairs is the lumber support that pushes your back from behind. I usually prefer to keep it away from my back or an option to remove it easily. I think this is the only area where it didn't met my criteria. If you press, it can move backwards but there is no way to affix it there. However I found a way to tie it with a cloth so it doesn't give that pinching feeling to my back all the time. I guess you can remove it also but its not that easy.Although the seat cushion is pretty good, but I feel it does have a tendency to heat up a lil bit specially in warm weather. Though not a major concern since you can always control the room temperature with ac. The back cushion is perfectly fine.After the initial few days of adjustments, I've never felt any issues with the chair. It is indeed very comfortable. Very happy with the purchase.

Didn't recieve the installation manual along with the delivery..how do you expect one to assemble it without any guide or instruction? This was supposedly my 2 nd purchase with the brand as for the first purchase it was smooth experience and definately a nice quality..can't say with sureity for this one with my experience so far.

The quality of product received is good for the price. The base is also of metal and that makes it look premium and strong.On the support part, we have the headrest which can be adjusted and tilt mechanism also works fine.The seller is proactive in checking the status of delivery and sharing necessary details for assembling.Overall satisfied with the product, easy to assemble and yes the packaging was excellent.

The chair came late and it was difficult to align as the screws are not adequate enough to align with the back rest. The seller team was however quite helpful and sent a person to assemble the chair. It is now working fine and is quite comfortable.

I had ordered the citius chair in grey. The backrest, armrests are very wobbly despite locking them and not demanding of such an expensive pric. For Rs. 15499, expected much better chair parts and carpenter visit fot full assembly. Pepperfry is sending carepenters for assembly for all their chairs, no matter how cheap the chairs are.I have placed a return for this chair and would like to replace this with their Italian chair in exchange for this chair, waiting to hear from Kepler's customer care on this. Will update.
