I drink a lot of store-bought nut milk which unfortunately contains lots of unhealthy additives. Recently, my Facebook feed advertised a milk maker machine which could blend nut milks in minutes with no added additives, at a much lower cost and without adding waste to landfills! I thought this was a great idea and I searched Amazon for a suitable nut milk machine.I returned my first machine because it overflowed, despite carefully following instructions because of its low capacity (35 oz). I was disappointed with my first purchase but liked the concept of home-made nut milks. I searched for a higher capacity machine and read the favorable reviews for the Encyclpo (50 oz) machine which convinced me to complete my purchase.The Encyclpo machine works great-with specific heat settings for every nut or plant milk based imaginable! So far, I have made great tasting almond, cashew, oat, coconut, and soy milk.For efficiency and time saving, I found it best to blend no more than two different nut milks at a time, making to four to six quarts each time. I make a quart of nut milk each blending cycle and experiencedno problem of overflow by following the markings on the machine. Cleaning is a breeze as the machine has an auto clean setting.Overall, I highly recommend the Encyclpo nut milk machine! The machine easily makes great tasting healthy nut milks at low cost with no landfill waste.

I like this machine. I’ve made oat, almond and soy milk and this machine made it easy. Its self cleaning mode is very convenient. It’s saved me money weekly.

We’ve used this nut milk maker to make both almond milk and oat milk. Both were super quick and came out so great. There’s something satisfying about being able to make your own milks at home. Most only requiring soaking, a little oil, maple syrup (optional), and a pinch of salt. We learned sometimes we have to add less water than it calls for to avoid the maximum limit. The self-clean feature is also super convenient, BUT I don’t anticipate to be extra careful to not get any water in the electrical components when rinsing it after. Maybe there’s a better way to do it, but I haven’t figure it out yet. Very sturdy and great size and a ton of options. Excited to try some of the recipes included!

My last soymilk machine Mooye broke after a year of using it. As much as I was happy with that machine, I was open to try something new. Then I went on the hunt for a new machine. This is the second machine I tried. I really wanted to love this machine, but doesn't matter what I did, nothing worked. I tried the following:1. Went through the high altitude setting as suggested2. Reduce water - tried their suggested "hot drink" water level first, but it overflowed. Then I reduced the water to .8L level, it still overflowed.3. Reduce beans - they suggested no more than 3 cups of beans, my recipe only required less than 1 cup of beans, but it still overflowed all over4. Open the ventilation on the lid, it didn't helpI don't understand how the splash guard works because liquids shoot up from the lid and seep out from the side. There is no way to troubleshoot or talk to support from the manufacturer. Sadly I will be looking for another device especially since the seller doesn't provide support.

The media could not be loaded. I love kitchen appliances, I have a vitamix and a breville juicer, HOWEVER with this nut milk maker you can customize and never strain your beverage. I’ve made cashew milk (the main purpose for buying) and I’m impressed. I pull out my strainer and cheese cloth but didn’t need to use it. The taste and texture is smooth.I also made orange juice. I’ve made apple, orange pineapple (frozen pineapple) as well.The product is made of GLASS another plus for my purchase. I love the sheath that it comes with to protect against any spraying. The chamber does not remove from the motor base. It has weight to it. I just carefully clean with a sponge but the device comes with an attachment to clean easily. I just prefer to sponge the inside carefully ensuring no water is touching outside.This is a very well made item. I have only one small con, when unplugging the cord from the machine, that area seems a bit loose, so I just hold the cavity the 3 prong plug insertsI didn’t feel like sending it back for a replacement but I’ll probably reach out to the vendor to ensure it won’t break.

I purchased it mainly for soy milk making. You don’t need to pre-soak soy beans (you can if you would like to do so or just use timer feature to pre-soak grains/nuts for up to 12 hrs) and there is no need to filter your soy milk to extract the milk from the soybean pulp. It is also very versatile (keep warm, boiling water, auto clean,…) I did try to make some green smoothies and it worked just like a regular blender. Best part is I can enjoy a hot soy milk in less than 30 min in the morning if I forgot to set timer the night before.
