I have an issue with the hose and a fitting. I contacted the company they not only replaced the hose immediately. No questions asked but sent me a few extra goodies. I can’t say enough about this company. They stand behind their product 150% and give you prompt service.

Works great for a short amount of time - great customer service
Product worked great for 3 months, then the handle broke off. The pin that the handle pushes in seems to also be seized. Would not recommend for a long term tool. Was not abused, drained after every use, stored inside a conditioned space.Update: emailed support and they responded within 12 hours. They are shipping a replacement. Will continue to update, adjusting review rating for great customer service, hopefully just a defective part.

This item is awesome, a little soap in the bottle had my car covered in suds in about 30 seconds. Great product.

leaked on first usage from handle...took it apart and found out why. Didn't bother trying to return it looking at the feedback other people have left. May try to fix it. But at least the phone Canon works.

Very pleased
This is a great combination of short wand and foam cannon. The included tips cover anything from 0-65 degree spread for general household needs. They are a real bear to remove from the handle at first, but once they're in & out a couple times they're nice to work with. The trigger is an easy pull but the unit would be a lot nicer with a lock for longer jobs and a swivel hose connection ( Listing has a swivel in the description, but there is not one provided). But no complaints on the function at all. The cannon is well made, has the adaptors anyone would need plus the smaller orifice for lower psi units. My main use is weekly car washing and this fits the bill to a "T".
