The perfect cat shelter
Bought this for our cat that goes out during the day only and we wanted somewhere he could go into if one of us was out and it was raining or he just wanted to rest up. He absolutely loves it. I put several self heating heat pats inside for him. The only thing we found was that if it was raining hard that a small bit of rain would come in the door area so hubby fixed that with a small piece of wood ( you can see that in the image), now it stays absolutely bone dry in there). Spoon absolutely loves his little house and having adopted 2 rescue kittens earlier this year he will often stay in his house for a while and chill rather then come in!!!. Would highly recommend.

Disappointing and cheaply made
The hide house came in quite poor packaging and due to this has some damage, which is not surprising when you see how flimsy and thin the wood is, I can’t see this lasting the winter. The measurements are given for the roof but there is a significant overhang so the actual floor space is a lot smaller than the given measurements. Really disappointing overall, but its true what they say, if you buy cheap you buy twice!

Don’t waste your money.
Easy to assemble but……..The hinges holding the roof on are an absolute joke. First bit of wind and the roof blew off. Not seen the cat since, it’s probably terrified him. Obviously too big and bulky to return.Item NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
