Working superb, video quality is good. Value for money.

Picture quality is same as 3MP camera CP-E31A. Not much difference. Only outstanding feature is alarm settings functions. It is not worth for the current price.

This has caused inconvenience and made it unusable for its intended purpose.2. Customer Support: Your customer service team has been unresponsive and unhelpful. Repeated attempts to seek assistance have either gone unanswered or resulted in generic responses that failed to address the issues effectively.I expected a better experience from a reputed brand like CP Plus, but this has been deeply disappointing.
