100' towing cable
I've been using this cable for about a week now to pull a dredge through clogged road culverts. It's holding up well. I was concerned that the stranding would make it too stiff but that hasn't been a problem. The quality is good and delivery as timely.

Messy Clean-up
Haven't used it yet but I assume it will work at its rated strength. Worse part of this item is that it is impregnated by a nasty, messy cosmoline-like grease. Shouldn't need to cosmoline galvanized wire rope, so the fact that it is treated makes me wonder about its corrosion resistance.

Proper Wire Rope w/ a Good Hook
This is good quality wire rope with a reasonable hook. Neither are overly spectacular but then again, none ever are. This is properly priced and I expect it will work for many years without issue.No Disappointment - Highly Recommended

Replaced my old Winch CAble
Updated Review 2025: The cable is so badly rusted that I needed to remove from my winch.17,637lbs of breaking strength says enough for me but I needed a replacement for my old winch so I chose this cable. I prefer a synthetic rope as far as safety and strength but the winch that is attached to my car trailer is steel. The clasp on the tow hook is in my opinion a little cheap but it is no big deal. For my use of pulling my car off and onto my trailer this cable will do, but if you are looking for some heavy duty recovery cable that pulls vehicles out of trouble then go with a heavier duty cable.

Excellent cable
I needed a new heavy duty winch cable to use on my farm, so I thought I would give this one a try. Excellent choice. This cable is very well made out of good quality materials. Fit and finish are excellent. This is a very tough heavy duty cable that should stand up to rough service. Long enough to handle most any job on the farm. Highly recommended. 5 stars.
