Very comfortable and easy to use. Nice to strengthen your stroke. I find they really focus your stoke and fix minor form errors as well. I have large hands and found these to be a perfect fit. Hold up well.

Good fit for average to large hands.

I bought these because I saw other recreational swimmers using them. After a little research, I learned that they increase resistance. They fit snugly and stay on my hands without a problem. As I swim only breast stroke, I definitely noticed the effect on my shoulders. I felt stronger, though it was only the increased resistance. What was a welcome change was that I moved faster doing laps. After a few weeks of training with them, I did laps without them, and I felt slow and weak. I’m sure that I was an improved swimmer without them, however with them, I felt I achieved a better workout. Final star will be added if they survive a second season.

My arms get a great work out when I use these in my swimming fitness goals.

Use it while following on the river. Works great.

It does what it has to do. My hands are big and my fingers have big knuckles, so my middle finger doesn’t fit easily on it but the rest of the fingers are loose.At first it was hard to balance my strokes, but after 2-3 times it was much easier.Definitely doesn’t look like a quality product but for the price and for what it has to do is good enough.
