It work so well and it does not irritate my stomach. The capsules are very easy to swallow. I believe it is a great value for the money.

Seems fine--no magical before and after, but I've added this along with a daily fiber supplement and I've had far less GI issues as of late. I often struggle with sluggishness and it seems to be supporting more regularity. Recommend.

I like that the dosage is one capsule per day. They are a good value considering a 6 week supply is in the bottle. Easy to swallow the smaller size, no taste, no odor. I use these to bolster my immune system And to create a healthy digestive system flora.

I liked this prebiotic at first, but it could've added more for urinary tract health. It is nice, but not the best one for my gut health.

These come in very handy. They help with digestion and especially with the holidays going on, you will need it. The value on these was ridiculously good. And will be buying more. They're so effective. Within the first couple of days I felt more regulated than I have in a while, they smell average for probiotics.
