Very easy to install, you can expend it which was a saver for me and it looks good ;)

Attached right to the sinks 1 1/4 down tube and to the walls 1 1/4 drain. Bottom cap unscrews right off and seals with a quality Oring. So much easier to get that ear ring out of the trap.

Small, neat, but rubber compressen rings inside just leaking no mater waht you do, no choice but return.

This item was needed to fit in a small space that would not fit a p trap. It works and was the cheapest option available. The only thing that worries me slightly about it is that the piece going from the trap to the drain is held in place and prevented from leaking by 3 o rings rather than a compression fitting of some kind. However it hasn't leaked yet.

High quality ABS material. Should last for a few years. I only used the bottle P-trap and the rest I saved for the future just in case. Remember this is 1-1/4”. Check your old pipe size before you buy. If you need extension, go to ACE Hardware. Their is better made comparing to Home Depot. Use Teflon tape first on threads and then apply a little teflon paste onto the o-rings. Leak free.

This bottle trap worked well enough. The ones I received revealed a design flaw, however. The compression washer that connects the sink tailpiece to the actual bottle was not big enough, so the threads on the compression nut "bottomed out" before fully sealing the connection. With it tightened all the way, a small pressure could still slide the sink tailpiece up and down. I replaced this with a standard compression washer from another P-trap kit I had and all was good, but if you don't have one lying around, it could be a problem.

Very easy to install and looks great on our exposed trap bath sink. Not sure if the design is as durable in terms of debris flow compared to a standard p-trap, but for a powder bath it's great.

We have a very tiny bathroom and sink, which didn't provide any room for a traditional p-trap. I tried everything, including flexible PVC, extensions, rotation, before finally landing on this bottle trap. It works perfectly, there are no leaks, and it gives us a lot more space under the sink.
